MotoTrialsParts Hose and Cable Guide is designed to keep your front brake hose and cable in a safe position. It clamps to the front forks and provides a closed loop for the hose or cable. The guide is made to order. Both the fork diameter and reach need to be specified when the guide is ordered. Refer to the drawing in the pictures to see the definition of "reach".
A 3mm square nut is embedded in the guide during printing. This allows a 3x10mm Allen screw to be used for closure. The nut and screw are made of stainless steel. Using a nut and machine screw is a more robust fastener than a self tapping screw in plastic.
This part is 3D printed using carbon fiber reinforced PETG plastic which is tough, durable and chemical resistant
